What are your future plans?
My future plans are to go to a trade school and get a certification in an auto collision, so I can continue a career in that field, and maybe even one day open up my own shop.
List any accomplishments/scholarships you are proud of.
I’d have to say my biggest accomplishment would be making it through all 12 years of school and not giving up.
My plan for the future is to attend The University of Central Oklahoma. I will spend two years there completing prerequisite courses for the Sonography program at The University of Oklahoma’s Health Science Center, where I have been accepted into the program as part of an early admission process.
Getting accepted into the early admissions program at OU is my proudest accomplishment.
Accomplishments I am proud of?
I have been a part of the NHS for 2 years and this year I was voted as the Secretary! I have also been a BPA member for 2 years. And for the 5 years of being in Antlers, I’ve made honor roll all of them! I was also voted class Vice President two years in a row, junior and senior. I have been a part of my church’s worship team for the past 4 years and have also been on the leadership board at my church. I don't know about any scholarships that I won because I haven’t really been trying to get any because I’ve been so focused on the military and getting ready physically and mentally.
What am I doing after school?
I am going into the Air Force national guard and becoming a medical materialist. After my basic training and tech school, I will attend OU and go through there ROTC program and become a pharmacist.
I plan on furthering my education by attending Rose State University and getting a business and art degree.
I am proud to say that I have finally broken out of my shell and have the ability to express myself however and whenever when I’m accompanied by my friends.
Listening to music and attending music festivals.
How has Covid-19 impacted my life?
Covid-19 has made a huge impact on my life. Taking away the opportunity for me and my fellow classmates to make these last few memories together before we all part ways and start new chapters in our lives. It’s keeping me from seeing my loved ones, and also canceling any events I’ve had planned since the start of my senior year.
I will be attending Rose State College to obtain a degree in Dental Hygiene and a certificate for Dental Assisting.
