Robert Bowman is married to Tonya Bowman, they have three girls, Brittan,Kaylee,  and Emily.  Both Robert and Tonya are graduates of Antlers Public Schools.

After graduation, Robert attended Kiamichi Career Technology Center and Oklahoma State University - Fire Service Training where he received his degree in Fire Service Training.  He has worked in the Fire/EMS career for 25 years.  Robert is a Licensed Paramedic and Certified Professional Firefighter and is currently the Asst. Fire Chief for Antlers.  He also serves as the Emergency Management Director for the City of Antlers and Pushmataha County.

Robert was elected to serve on the Antlers Board of Education in 2009.  He currently serves as Member for the Board.

An interesting fact about Mr. Bowman, he is a Certified Fire and EMS Instructor and currently teaches for Oklahoma State University - Fire Service Training.  As a proud alumni of Antlers Public Schools, Robert enjoys giving back to his community and school by serving on the Board of Education.
