Enrollment dates for all sites:
Returning Students : July 9th and 10th - 8:00am to 3:00pm
New Students: July 11th - 8:00am to 3:00pm
All Students enroll at the HS Cafeteria, 719 Bearcat Drive, Antlers, OK 74523.
Enrollment Documentation needed to attend school:
Ø Live in the school district: Provide proof of physical address.
Ø Birth Certificate
Ø Social Security Card if available
Ø CDIB if applicable and need to fill out Title VII Form
Ø Immunization records and OSIIS release form
Ø Papers from previous school; i.e. transcripts, report cards, withdrawal papers if applicable
Ø Let APS know if the student has IEP or any other special needs that need to be addressed
