Mrs. Cheyenne Carlile is honored to be part of Antlers Public Schools. She is the wife of David Carlile and the proud mom of three amazing children, Alaina, Ava, and Eli.
This is Mrs. Carlile’s first year at Antlers Public Schools and her sixth year teaching Pre-Kindergarten. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, with a primary focus on behavioral intervention. Mrs. Carlile’s decision to teach at Antlers Public Schools came with great pride. She wanted to give her children the opportunity to be a part of a school family and felt Antlers had a great school atmosphere for that.
Mrs. Carlile’s passion for teaching began with a desire to help young students, especially those who are just beginning their educational journey, develop the emotional, social, and academic skills they need to be successful. Her goal is to create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn.
Mrs. Carlile believes that Pre-K provides an important foundation for a child’s future success in school. By helping students develop confidence, independence, social-emotional skills, and a love of learning, she hopes to prepare them to enter the next stages of their education ready to learn, grow, and thrive.
Outside of school, Mrs. Carlile enjoys spending time with her family, baking, cooking, and riding horses. She is excited for the opportunity to be part of the Antlers community and looks forward to making this a wonderful year of learning and growth for her students!
